Questions and answers

FAQ

Do communities need to repay the loan under the Ukraine Recovery Program in cooperation with the EIB?
The Ukraine Recovery Program is actually being implemented within the framework of a loan agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the European Investment Bank. Under the said agreement, all repayment obligations are secured by the State. Communities do not take and, accordingly, do not return any loan funds.
How to participate in any of these programs?
All projects are implemented within the framework of approved budget programs of the corresponding budget year. Public selection and conditions of participation are published on the website of the Ministry of Development and accessible on the DREAM platform. We suggest you follow the Ministry's news and announcements regarding the start of project selection.
How to apply for participation in the selection process?
For each of the above programs, the Ministry publishes the procedure for using funds under the relevant program. Typically, applications are submitted through the DREAM system with appropriate training for community representatives. All interested parties are notified in advance of such online training.
